Herve Villemade Pinot Noir

Hervé Villemade’s domain is in the heart of the appellation Cheverny, on the left bank of the river Beuvron in Cellettes. It has 25 Ha spread over three communes: Cellettes, Chitenay and Fougères S/Bièvre. The entire vineyard is organic farming since 2000 for parcels of Cellettes and Chitenay, and since 2008 for parcels of Fougères s/ Bievre, exploited since that year. This vineyard work is followed by gentle vinification without inputs, except for a small dose of sulfur when bottling.
